Employee Resource Groups

 
 
 

Outside of our immediate work groups, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a primary conduit for cultivating connection and belonging across DuPont. 

These groups are our best source of mentors, coaches, and role models for employees seeking connection. ERGs play a crucial role in enhancing workplace culture by providing employees with opportunities to share their experiences and facilitate initiatives that build relationships and drive growth.

 
 
 

DuPont Black Employees Network (DBEN)

Advocates for developing Black employees to be leaders within the organizations and be consistently prepared to meet future business challenges.

DuPont Asian Group (DPAG)

DPAG is a network of Asian employees that promotes an inclusive and empowered environment by increasing awareness of Asian cultures and perspectives to support DuPont’s global business growth.

DuPont Pride

The DuPont Pride ERG for LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Its purpose is to foster an inclusive workplace environment and create a sense of belonging for LGBTQ+ employees worldwide.

DuPont Latin Network (DLN)

The DuPont Latin Network is an alliance of Latins and diverse comrades, united to drive an empowered workforce through diversity and inclusion, further enhancing our community and the company's competitive position.

DuPont Women’s Network (DWN)

The DuPont Women’s Network is an ERG working globally to cultivate world-class female leadership, catalyze culture change, foster gender parity and drive inclusive leadership to enhance DuPont’s performance. We strive to ‘Attract – Retain – Advance’ women.

DuPont Veterans Network (DVN)

The DuPont Veterans Network’s mission is to foster professional development, give back to our communities through volunteerism and support of Veteran causes, and support the recruitment of Veterans while assisting in the transition from military to civilian life.

DuPont Early Career Network (DECN)

Advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion by serving as a strategic resource group for DuPont’s young and emerging talent, while fostering and advocating for their success in the company. DECN strives to assist early career professionals with talent development, professional development, and networking opportunities.

DuPont Persons with Disabilities and their Allies (PwDA)

We are a global ability network supporting employees with disabilities and allies through resources, education, networking and outreach to optimize abilities and contributions while minimizing challenges and barriers.

Growth Opportunities Leading in Diversity

About the GOLD Program

The DuPont GOLD (Growth Opportunities Leading in Diversity) program is geared towards exposing doctoral and post-doctoral scientists from underrepresented groups to the wide range of career opportunities in industrial research at DuPont.  Focus areas are chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, polymer science and closely-related fields.
