DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing

Seals Out Air and Water Around Windows and Doors — Installs Down to 0°F

DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing is a self-adhered flashing tape featuring acrylic adhesive technology and a durable film facer designed for easy handling and installation, including temperatures as low as 0ºF (-17ºC). Engineered to withstand the rigors of the job site, DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing helps create

a durable seal against water intrusion around the head and jambs of windows and doors.

In addition to helping protect against bulk water intrusion, DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing helps maintain continuity at critical transitions around window and door openings. When integrated with adjacent DuPont™ Tyvek® Water-Resistive Barrier (WRB) or sheathing, DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing helps reduce uncontrolled air leakage and water infiltration.

As part of a complete building envelope system, DuPont™ MultiTemp™ Flashing can help reduce the risk of water damage, increase building comfort, and improve energy efficiency.
